We are a small firm specializing in the renovation, remodeling and upgrading/repairs of homes in Richmond and the surrounding area. We have over 38 years of experience in all aspects of home repairs and upgrades. Offering consultations and advice on an hourly rate.
We specialize in renovations and repairs to older and historic homes and buildings. Emphasizing the aesthetics and character of the original design. We endeavor to provide the customer what they want, when they want it and striving to maintain the highest quality in materials and workmanship.
Upgrades and renovations to kitchens and bathrooms, including replacement of cabinet doors and drawers, replacement of interior and exterior doors and windows, carriage houses, decks, garages, interior spaces, basement repairs and renovations. We also build custom cabinets.
Mike LaBelle, the principal for the firm has a long history in construction, beginning when he was in his early teens.
All types of construction and specifically historic renovations/repairs are our specialty. Although we can do most any type of work, large or small. We love working on the older homes in Richmond.
I have retired and closed my business in January of 2022 for health reasons. I am still available for consultations and advice.
