We are a group of small business's located in the Bellevue Neighborhood in Richmond's Historic Northside. We promote good business and our community. The BMA holds a few small events-(Coffee with a Cop for example) and 2 large events each year. National Night Out and Christmas on MacArthur-(To benefit Toys for Tots.)
